4 bedrooms are located on the 2nd level.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a flatscreen TV, an ensuite bathroom, and access to a private patio.



Bedroom 1 features a king-size bed, a flatscreen TV, and shared access to a Jack-and-Jill-style bathroom.



Bedroom 2 is located on the other side of the shared Jack and Jill style bathroom and is outfitted with a king-size bed and a flatscreen TV.



Bedroom 3 has a queen-size bed, a mini-fridge, a flatscreen TV, an ensuite bathroom, and access to the patio.



Bedroom 4 is located on the 3rd level and is outfitted with a king-size bed and a flatscreen TV.



On the top level, you’ll find the loft. It boasts two twin beds and two full-sized beds along with a foosball table and an arcade, perfect for the kiddos in your group! There is also a TV, a small seating area, and access to a small balcony on this level.



☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆

The primary bathroom boasts a large bathtub and walk-in shower, dual sinks, and large vanity.



The second bathroom is located between bedrooms 1 and 2 and features dual sinks, plenty of counter space, and a shower/tub combo.



The third bathroom is an ensuite to the 3rd bedroom and is outfitted with a shower/tub combo.



The fourth bathroom can be found on the 3rd level and is almost identical to the third bathroom with a shower/tub combo.



☆☆ KITCHEN☆☆

The fully-stocked gourmet kitchen has everything you’ll need for cooking up delicious meals for your entire group. The large granite countertops provide plenty of counter space, and there are even two dishwashers to aid in cleaning up afterward. You’ll also find a microwave, an electric stovetop, two wall ovens, a toaster, and a large stainless steel refrigerator and freezer.



☆☆ LIVING ROOM ☆☆

The living room is spacious and features two separate seating areas that are bright and airy thanks to the wall of windows. That being said, you can always pull the shades down tight to enjoy a movie night on the plush couches that surround the flatscreen TV. You could also organize a family game night and use any of the games we have in our growing collection.



☆☆ OUTDOOR AREAS☆☆

While the inside of the house is a great place to relax, you don’t come to Gulf Shores to sit inside all day! Not only will you be just minutes away from the beach, but you’ll find multiple balconies on each level of the house. They provide enough room to gather with family and friends or separate in intimate groups for some alone time.



Step outside and sip your morning coffee as you listen to the sound of the waves, or cozy up to the picnic table and enjoy a home-cooked meal from the gas BBQ.



You will also have access to the shared community pool and hot tub, located just a few minutes away. You can spend your days here soaking up the sun from a lounger chair, or head down to the sandy beach and take a dip in the Gulf - it is just a few minutes away after all!

You will have private access to the entire home, together with shared access to the community pool and hot tub.

There is ample space available in the driveway for multiple vehicles, so no need to worry about finding a spot to park.
